- Please note that rooms are subject to availability. Please register early to ensure that your accommodation is secured. Hotel accommodation will be confirmed in the confirmation email after the payment.
- The rates are valid only when you make your hotel reservation by using the congress online registration.
- Please register only once to avoid double registration and double payment. Changes and additions to the bookings after the completion of registration may be done by email to the Congress secretariat esin@motto.tc
Cancellation Policy;
Cancellations will be accepted until 11March 2016. For any cancellation before 11 March 2016 a refund of 50 % will apply after the congress. There will be no refund for cancellations after 11 March 2016 but replacements will be allowed.
Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat at esin@motto.tc Reimbursement will not be granted for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the congress.
