Important Dates
Deadline for early bird registration: July 17, 2017
Deadline for sending Abstract: July 17, 2017 until 24.00
Deadline for cancellation of registration: For cancellations made until June 20, 2017, 50% of the payment will be refunded. There is no refund for cancellations made after this date.
Participants;
Whole health workers and students who are in the 3rd and 4th grades during the 2016-2017 Education period can participate at the Congress. Fourth-year students can also take advantage of student status if they register by June 2, 2017. In order for our undergraduate and graduate students to be able to be registered, a transcript or a student certificate showing their status must be downloaded to the registration system.
Abstracts
The deadline for submitting the abstract is 30 June 2017 until 24.00. Only original research reports will be accepted as presentation. Compilation or case presentations will not be accepted. It is not compulsory for presentation to be about gastrointestinal diseases, any research will be evaluated. Researchers whose abstracts are accepted can benefit from the early registration conditions once they have received the acceptance letter. In our "Paper Friendly" congressional principles, poster presentations will be done with e-posters. For this reason, it is necessary to transmit the posters electronically beforehand. Detailed information on this matter will be sent by e-mail to the presentation owners.
Climate;
It is expected that the air temperature in İzmir will be between 20oC-22oC and it will be cloudless
Transportation
Transportation from the airport to the congress center will be provided by Motto Turizm for a fee and you can contact Motto Turizm for further information. You can use İZBAN (Salhane station) and Metro (Halkapınar Station, Cınarlı exit) to reach the Congress center from the city. Certificate
The congress is "Paper Friendly", so it is decided to minimize the use of printed paper. Participation certificates will be sent electronically after congress.
Badges
You are requested to wear the badges at the congress center during the Congress.
Language
The language of the Congress is Turkish. There will be simultaneous translation services at sessions of our invited international lecturers.
Social Program
A daily excursion is planned on Sunday, October 08, 2017. Itinary will be announced afterwards on the “social program” tab. Participants wishing to participate in the round trip are kindly requested to take their return tickets late on Sunday evening.
