Congress Location and Date

The Congress will be held in Ilıca Hotel, Cesme, Izmir, Turkey. It will start with the opening ceremony on the morning of April 28th, 2018 and end at noon on April 30th, 2018.

Abstracts

Deadline for Abstract submission is 26 March 2018 till 24:00. Accepted researchers can use the benefit from the services of the early registration conditions after they receive an acknowledgment letter. Within our "Paper Friendly" congressional principles, poster presentations will be done as e-posters, no printed poster presentations will be made. All posters should be submitted electronically before the congress. Detailed information will be posted on the web page and sent to the participant by e-mail.

Climate and Weather Conditions

It is expected that the temperature will be between 23 and 25 degrees Celcius open in Cesme in the dates of the congress.

Badge

Participants are requested to wear their badges all times during the congress center.

Congress Language

Congress language is English. Simultaneous translation will not be done in presentations.
