ABSTRACTS WILL BE PRESENTED AS POSTER OR VERBALLY
Submissions will be made online through the website. The points while submitting an abstact are stated below;

General Principles:

• Abstracts and full texts will only be accepted via the online system on the Congress web page.
• The abstract and full texts submission notifications will be sent electronically to the owners of the abstract.
• The abstract can be presented both in English and Turkish.
• The abstracts and full texts will be evaluated by at least two scientific referees from Scientific Committee of the Congress and they will decide on the appropriateness, acceptability, and form of presentation of the abstract at the Congress.

For the acceptance of the abstract, the author who will make the presentation must have registered to the congress.

Oral Presentation Rules: 

• Participants who are informed that they are accepted as poster presentation will be invited to exhibit their posters at the time and place stated to them by the organizers of the congress.

Features of the Oral Abstracts

• Oral abstracts can be presented in English or Turkish by the responsible author.
• Masters and Ph.D.’s will be presented in English since it will be presented in the International Oral Abstract Session.
• All presentations will be presented in order of the congress program.
• The abstracts which don’t presented in the congress won’t be published in the abstract book.
• Digital copy of the presentation should be checked a few hours before the session and must be given to the related person in the hall.
• The oral presentation is 7 minutes; 5 minutes is for presentation, 2 minutes for debate. Masters and Ph.D. presentations are 10 minutes; 7 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for debate.
• All authors name must be shown on the first slide of the presentation.
• The person who will be present the oral abstract must be underlined.
• Presentation title, Introduction and General Information (2 slides), Purpose (1 Slide), Material and Method (3 Slide), Findings (1 Slide) and Resources (1 Slide). Important resources must be on the last slide.  
• The presentation must be 12-20 slides and each slide should have slide number.
• Since the questions and debate will be after the oral abstract presentation, authors must stay until the end of the session.

Features of the Poster Abstracts

• Poster abstract will be shown in the poster exhibition area.
• Congress organizers will help you to stick on the posters.
• Posters should be read 2 meters range easily; if it’s possible it should be more graphics or figure and should be prepared to be interested.
• With the long edge on the vertical axis, the poster should be 70cm X 90cm.
• The poster title should be written in capital.
• Next line should be authors, degree, and institution.
• If the poster is research, the text should have a purpose/method/findings/result.
• Inside of the texts of posters, resources must be shown as a footnote.

Full Paper Format

• Full papers must be A4 format (21 x 29,7 cm). Margins on each side should be 2.5 cm.
• The first character of each word of the title should in the capital and centered, 12 punt and bold. English title of the article should be in the same format and it should be written after 1 line space.
• One blank line should be spaced after the English title. Authors name, institution and e-mails should be written after the title.
• The text should be written in Times New Roman, abstract as 10 punts, text should be 12 punts, in widow line.
• The text should be written with “Times New Roman”
• After authors’ information, Turkish and English abstract should be as 350 words.
• Table and figures should be in the margin.
