Registration Cancelation Terms
-Until 26 July 2019 cancelations, %50 fee will be refunded.
-After 26 July 2019 cancelation, it is impossible to refund. Only change of name can be made.
-All cancelation will be made by organizing secretary as written.
-Refunds will be made after the congress.
P.S: Participants who will be staying in a double or triple room, have to indicate who they will stay with. Room match-up is not and can’t be done.
